Pony.ai, Inc. is seeking a recruiter-intern type role to support talent acquisition. You will learn sourcing through closing offers, collaborating with our talent acquisition partners to understand business priorities and staffing needs.
You’ll schedule phone screenings, screen resumes, and help build pipelines for engineering talent while partnering with recruiters on job descriptions. You may assist in HR operations and take on ad-hoc tasks as needed.
