Garda World is seeking a Regional Manager of Human Capital for the Midwest region. This role leads recruiting, onboarding, employee relations, performance management, compliance, training, succession planning, and safety across multiple branches.
The RMHC partners with the Regional Director of Human Capital to implement people strategies that drive business growth. This is a remote role with approximately 70% travel and broad exposure to regulatory compliance and employee development.
