Volunteer Senior People Manager

Summary of Role:
Help shape the future of our organization. With your extensive experience, you will lead daily People operations, streamline onboarding and offboarding, coordinate contribution reviews, and implement best practices to ensure a productive and supportive work environment.
Your role will be crucial in recruiting top talent and fostering a culture that aligns with our values and mission. By promoting our agile ways of working, you will help build an efficient remote-working environment.
What Will You Do?
* Develop and implement effective onboarding programs to ensure new hires are integrated smoothly.
* Support the full recruitment life cycle, from job postings to interviewing and hiring.
* Implement and manage our contribution review system.
* Foster a positive and inclusive remote workplace culture.
* Manage the accuracy of the HRIS, up-to-date team members’ records, and documentation.
* Develop, communicate, implement, and update our standard operating procedures.
Who Are We Looking For?
* 3-5 years of experience with in-depth understanding of HR and People operations best practices, labor laws, and regulations.
* Proficiency with HRIS software, Microsoft Office Suite, and Google Sheets.
* Demonstrated ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
* Organizational skills: the ability to prioritize, manage time, and independently manage multiple tasks.
* Attentive communication - the ability to build strong relationships at all levels of the organization.
