Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee day-to-day HR functions for business units

• Address employee questions, concerns, and conduct exit interviews

• Facilitate benefits administration and compliance

• Track and report HR data and statistics

• Collaborate with C-suite and management on HR initiatives

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field

• Minimum five years HR experience required

• Strong conflict resolution and counseling skills

• Proficiency in Paylocity or similar HRIS systems

• Reliable transportation for site travel
