NS zoekt een expert Verzuim binnen het HR Expertteam Vitaliteit en Verzuim om samen een vitale werkomgeving te bouwen met duurzaam inzetbare collega’s. Je werkt aan verzuimprocessen in het ZW en WGA ERD domein, en rapporteert direct aan de manager Lead Vitaliteit.
Je professionaliseert de verzuimadministratie, verwerkt achterstanden, richt administratieve processen in volgens wet- en cao en analyseert complexe casuïstiek voor concrete acties.
