• Manage the full-cycle IT recruitment process
  : sourcing, screening, coordinating, closing
• Work closely with hiring managers to understand job requirements and candidate profiles
• Source and engage top candidates on Linked In and other platforms using Boolean and creative strategies
• Maintain candidate pipelines using ATS and trackers
• Ensure excellent candidate experience throughout the process
• Communicate effectively across time zones (US & Canada)
• Be highly responsive, professional, and proactive in all communication

• Excellent English skills (C1 or higher)
• 3+ years experience in IT recruiting
  , preferably with international clients
• Strong understanding of technical roles
  :
  Backend, Full Stack, Frontend, QA, Security, Cloud, etc.
• Familiarity with sourcing tools and platforms (Linked In Recruiter, Boolean search, ATS)
• Independent, reliable, and structured work style
• Experience in remote work and asynchronous communication is a plus
