Position: Clinical Recruiter (Contract)

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Clinical Recruiter (Contract) based in United States.

The Clinical Recruiter will play a key role in supporting high-quality patient care by identifying, engaging, and hiring exceptional clinical talent across a fast-paced healthcare environment. You will manage full-cycle recruiting for a range of healthcare professionals, including nurses, medical assistants, and nurse practitioners, ensuring a seamless and high-touch candidate experience from sourcing through offer acceptance. This role requires a strong ability to operate in high-volume recruitment settings while maintaining precision, urgency, and empathy throughout the hiring process.

You will act as a trusted partner to clinical leaders, helping define hiring needs and executing sourcing strategies that attract top-tier talent. In addition, you will be responsible for building strong candidate pipelines and ensuring alignment between hiring managers and recruitment strategy. This is a fully remote, contract-based opportunity for someone who thrives in mission-driven, patient-centered environments.

Accountabilities
  • Manage full-cycle recruitment processes, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and closing healthcare professionals such as RNs, MAs, NPs, and physicians.
  • Partner closely with clinical hiring managers and leadership teams to understand workforce needs and align recruitment strategies with organizational goals.
  • Build and maintain strong candidate pipelines while ensuring a high-touch, positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
  • Evaluate candidate qualifications, clinical competencies, and experience to ensure alignment with role requirements and patient care standards.
  • Execute targeted sourcing strategies to attract top clinical talent in competitive healthcare markets.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to successfully negotiate offers and close high-quality candidates.
  • Maintain accurate records of candidate activity and hiring progress using recruitment tools and systems.
Requirements
  • 2+ years of experience in clinical recruiting, specifically hiring healthcare professionals such as physicians, nurse practitioners, registered nurses, or medical assistants.
  • Proven experience in full-cycle recruiting within fast-paced, high-volume healthcare or clinical environments.
  • Strong ability to build relationships with candidates and hiring managers while maintaining a high standard of candidate experience.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to assess both technical qualifications and cultural fit.
  • Proficiency with recruiting tools and platforms such as Linked In Recruiter, Greenhouse, G Suite, Slack, or similar systems.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple requisitions simultaneously.
  • Proactive, detail-oriented, and mission-driven mindset focused on improving patient outcomes through talent acquisition.
  • Preferred: experience working in in-house recruiting environments or supporting urgent care and primary care staffing needs.
