  • What You'll Be Doing

    As an HR Assistant, you'll play an integral role in ensuring every employee has a seamless experience from onboarding through employment.

    Your responsibilities will include:

  • Responding to a high volume of employee questions and HR requests (500+ employees)
  • Maintaining accurate employee records
  • Providing administrative support to the HR team
  • Partnering closely with HR Specialists to ensure smooth onboarding
  • Supporting additional HR projects and initiatives as needed
  • What We're Looking For

    We're searching for someone who is:

  • Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail
  • A strong communicator with excellent written and verbal skills
  • Comfortable handling confidential information professionally
  • Calm under pressure and confident solving problems
  • Passionate about helping people and providing outstanding internal customer service
  • Qualifications

  • Minimum of 2 years supporting U.S.

    -based clients
  • Previous HR or onboarding experience preferred
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office and common communication tools
  • Comfortable handling high-volume phone and email communication
  • Able to work Arizona and/or Colorado business hours
  • A functional home office set up with a workspace conducive to remote working
