US Job Finders is seeking a detail-oriented and high-output Recruiter to support a growing recruitment services company.
This role requires someone who is strong in high-volume sourcing, follow-up, and pipeline management, with the ability to work within structured systems and maintain consistent communication with candidates and internal stakeholders.
You will also play a key role in client communication and delivery, ensuring hiring goals are met efficiently and consistently.
Experience in skilled trades recruiting is a strong advantage.
Reports to:
Director of Recruitment
Partners with: VP of Operations, Recruiters/Senior Recruiters, Manager of Accounts, Recruitment Marketing, Operations/Analytics, and Hiring Managers.
1) Client Success and Communication
Lead intake/kickoff and calibration; write the must‑haves, decision rules, and response‑time expectations.
Run weekly status; set agendas; document actions, owners, and due dates; manage escalations quickly.
2) Delivery Leadership
Recruit on critical or niche roles to set quality and speed standards.
Balance work across the team and remove blockers (interview availability, pay alignment, panel readiness).
Ensure first slates are on time and the funnel is healthy.
3) Insights and Reporting
Publish weekly client scorecards; read funnel conversion, decline reasons, and channel Return on Investment (ROI).
Deliver M /Q sections: trends, risks, forecast vs demand, and a simple action plan with owners and dates.
4) Scope, Budget, and Change Control
Track work vs scope; raise change‑orders when needed; support renewals and expansions.
Coordinate channel budgets with Operations and Marketing; show what is working and what is not.
5) Process and Compliance
Enforce structured interviews and ATS documentation standards.
Follow privacy and Equal Employment Opportunity (EEO) / Office of Federal Contract Compliance Programs (OFCCP) requirements; close audit issues fast.
5–8+ years in recruiting or client/account management in Recruitment Process Outsourcing (RPO), agency, or consulting.
Proven success managing senior stakeholders and closing hard‑to‑fill roles.
Clear communication and data storytelling; can turn metrics into decisions.
Executive Presence and Expectation Management — sets clear standards and follows through.
Consultative Influence and Negotiation — finds win‑wins and closes calmly.
Data‑Driven Judgment and Prioritization — acts on what matters most.
Operational Discipline and Follow‑through — keeps the cadence and the records tight.
Communication Clarity and Escalation — simple updates; fast escalation when needed.
Customer Obsession — balances client, candidate, and hiring manager experience.
Applicant Tracking System (ATS) / recruiting Customer Relationship Management (CRM) and dashboards/Business Intelligence (BI).
Collaboration and presentation tools for weekly status and M /Q .
