CreativeX is seeking a Talent Acquisition and Development Lead to own the end-to-end recruitment strategy, from sourcing to offer. You’ll also guide onboarding and the first six months of the new hire journey, partnering with hiring managers to ensure new joiners reach full productivity quickly.
You’ll build onboarding programs, drive high-impact initiatives with the Associate Director of People, and embed AI enhancements into our talent acquisition processes to lift hiring quality and speed.
