Position: Talent Acquisition Partner - Hybrid Role
EZRA is seeking a Talent Acquisition Partner to lead North American hiring with a strong focus on go-to-market roles in a hybrid model. Collaborate with key stakeholders to attract top talent and drive hiring success.

This role offers the opportunity to partner closely with hiring managers and Sales and Customer Success leaders. As a Talent Acquisition Partner at EZRA, you will manage multiple vacancies and develop recruiting strategies that embrace data, diversity, and fit. Focus on full lifecycle recruitment, leveraging compelling storytelling to build talent pipelines.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage 10-15 live vacancies with a focus on GTM roles

• Partner with hiring managers to shape hiring strategies

• Develop strategies using data and diversity for recruitment

• Own full cycle recruiting and candidate experience

• Jump into special projects beyond your region

Requirements:

• 3+ years' in-house TA experience across Canada and US

• Proven GTM hiring experience with B2B sales knowledge

• Strong instincts for candidate selection and branding

• Relationship builder with GTM leaders

• Comfortable using AI tools for recruitment efficiency
