Position: Remote Talent Acquisition Coordinator Role

In this critical position within the Post-Offer team, you will oversee requisition assignments and engage with candidates and hiring managers. Your excellent communication and attention to detail will shine through as you manage multiple priorities in a remote setting. The ideal candidate thrives both independently and collaboratively while utilizing Workday to optimize recruitment processes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support requisition assignments and offer letter generation

• Manage candidate and hiring manager communications

• Ensure requisitions are assigned in Workday within SLAs

• Execute offer letter processes with accuracy

• Resolve Workday issues related to screening processes

Requirements:

• 1-3 years relevant experience or postsecondary degree

• Intermediate Excel, Outlook, and Microsoft 365 skills

• Strong verbal and written communication abilities

• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills

• Ability to influence stakeholders during recruitment
