Position: HR Generalist Care Management (w/m/d)

Responsibilities

  • Support employees with health concerns (illness, accidents, psychosocial stress) in close cooperation with managers, HR business partners and external stakeholders.
  • Provide support and counseling during long‑term absences, including individual case management, coordination of reintegration measures and advice on pay, insurance and time management.
  • Administer and coordinate complex health cases and ensure coordination with various stakeholders.
  • Work closely with social insurance providers (IV, KTG, UVG) and advise line managers and employees on social insurance matters.
  • Coordinate and monitor IV re‑entry measures and process related correspondence.
  • Handle monthly sickness allowance and accident allowance processing within the payroll run.
  • Advise line managers on health topics, absenteeism management and further develop care management.
Qualifications
  • Several years of experience in a similar HR generalist or care management role.
  • Strong knowledge of the social insurance system and legislation (ATSG).
  • Excellent German (very good proficiency) and English (very good proficiency).
  • High empathy, solution‑oriented and trustful approach in demanding situations.
  • Strong administrative and organizational skills, excellent communication, structured and efficient work style.
  • High digital competence and familiarity with digital HR tools.
  • Alignment of actions and decisions with personal values.
  • Ability to adapt to continuous changes in the work environment.
