This 6-month contract is essential to ensuring a positive candidate experience from offer acceptance to the first day of work. The coordinator will manage requisition assignments and facilitate communications with stakeholders to enhance program execution. Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee offer letter generation and requisition assignments
• Facilitate effective communication among partners
• Monitor background screening clearance efficiently
• Resolve Workday issues impacting recruitment
• Assist with special projects for the team
Requirements:
• 1-3 years relevant recruiting experience preferred
• Proficiency in Microsoft 365, Excel, and Outlook
• Strong collaboration and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and manage time
• Detail-oriented with analytical problem-solving capabilities
