Position: Payroll Specialist - Hybrid Role

As a key player in the Americas Payroll & Time team, you will ensure accurate bi-weekly payroll processing for Canadian entities. This role demands strong compliance knowledge and exceptional service to assist employees effectively. You’ll belong to a diverse team committed to growth and well-being, making sure all payroll activities run smoothly.

Key Responsibilities:

• Process bi-weekly payroll and ensure timely salary adjustments

• Ensure compliance with provincial and federal payroll regulations

• Address employee inquiries professionally through Service Now

• Conduct monthly payroll audits and support annual external audits

• Develop reports on payroll metrics and headcount

Requirements:

• 5+ years of Canadian payroll processing experience

• Proficient with ADP Workforce Now

• Strong knowledge of Canadian payroll legislation

• Fluent in verbal and written English

• Experience in global organizations is preferred
