Location: North Reading, MA, US
Opportunity OverviewThis role is primarily office-based, with regular onsite presence expected to support business and employee needs. Some remote work flexibility may be available.
Responsibilities- Strategic Partnership: Collaborate closely with Strategic HR Business Partners to execute and implement HR initiatives and programs aligned with business objectives.
- Employee Relations: Foster a positive work environment by addressing employee concerns promptly, fairly, and in compliance with relevant laws. Lead complex employee relations cases, including investigations, performance issues, complaints, workplace conflicts, and policy violations. Provide guidance and coaching to managers.
- Manager Coaching & Performance Management: Support managers and employees through annual processes and day-to-day case management.
- Workforce Planning & Talent Acquisition: Support workforce planning efforts and partner with recruiters to guide hiring judgment.
- Talent Management & Compensation: Support execution of talent processes, mandatory compensation cycles, performance calibration, employee development, and change management.
- Change Management: Support and execute organizational changes including restructures and role transitions.
- HR Operations: Execute HR processes such as workforce planning, change management, and compliance with HR policies.
- Business Support: Provide expert HR guidance and support to managers and employees, leveraging HR Centers of Excellence resources.
- Compensation & Benefits Knowledge: Apply compensation and benefits knowledge to support decision-making.
- Data Analysis: Use HR data to identify trends and inform strategic decisions.
- Lead additional HR projects as needed.
- 8+ years of relevant HR experience.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
- Success managing complex employee relations cases.
- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong listening skills and clarity in communicating processes.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
- In-depth knowledge of federal and state employment laws.
- Ability to travel up to 25% of the time to US field offices.
- Commitment to ethical conduct, confidentiality, and professionalism.
The base salary range for this role is $109,000-$174,400, depending on experience and skill set.
Incentive PlanEligible for discretionary bonus(es) based on financial performance.
