Position SummaryThe HR Coordinator plays a key role in enabling an efficient, scalable, and high-impact HR Business Partner operating model. This role partners closely with HRBPs, People Operations, Employee Relations, and Centers of Excellence to support core HR processes, maintain accurate employee data, and help execute key talent and workforce initiatives across the organization.
Key Responsibilities- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, Psychology, Communications, or a related field.
- 1+ years of experience in HR coordination, HR operations, HR administration, or related support roles.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
- Demonstrated ability to work with sensitive and confidential information professionally.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications; experience with HR systems such as Workday preferred.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to identify issues, improve processes, and support operational efficiency.
- Collaborative, proactive, and eager to learn within a fast‑paced HR environment.
- Interest in building a long‑term career within Human Resources.
- Experience working in a matrixed or fast‑paced corporate environment.
- Delivers high‑quality, accurate work with strong attention to detail.
- Builds strong working relationships across HR teams and business partners.
- Demonstrates ownership, follow‑through, and sound judgment.
- Continuously looks for opportunities to improve processes and enhance team effectiveness.
- Contributes positively to a collaborative and solutions‑oriented HR culture.
This is a hybrid role requiring three days onsite at a company‑designated location and remote work on Mondays and Fridays. Ability to remain stationary for extended periods and move throughout the office as needed.
Total Rewards & BenefitsBase pay range: $46,000 - $76,000 nationally; $52,000 - $85,000 for California and New York metro. Compensation is based on a variety of factors. Total rewards include annual performance bonus, medical, dental and vision benefits, 401(k) match, and other wellness benefits.
