Schedule: Full-Time | Hybrid (In Office & Remote)
Pay: $24-$30 per hour, depending on experience

This position can be based in either our Bismarck or Fargo office. We offer a flexible hybrid work environment that combines in-office collaboration with remote work. Because relationships are at the heart of successful recruiting, this role includes community networking and periodic travel between our Bismarck and Fargo offices for recruiting events, team collaboration, and other business needs.
What You'll Do- Develop innovative recruiting and sourcing strategies to attract exceptional healthcare talent.
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of caregivers, Home Health Aides, CNAs, LPNs, RNs, and administrative professionals.
- Develop relationships with nursing programs, colleges, workforce agencies, community organizations, and healthcare partners.
- Represent Dakota Home Care at career fairs, networking events, and community outreach opportunities.
- Conduct interviews and partner with leaders throughout the hiring process.
- Oversee the recruitment process from sourcing through onboarding while partnering with administrative support staff to ensure a seamless candidate experience.
- Promote Dakota Home Care's mission, culture, and career opportunities throughout the community.
- Continuously evaluate recruiting strategies and bring new ideas that strengthen our ability to attract and retain exceptional employees.
