This hybrid HR Generalist role requires three days onsite in Markham and remote work, focusing on employee relations, policy interpretation, and conflict resolution. You’ll actively engage in HR projects and provide valuable insights while supporting organizational goals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide coaching and guidance on employee relations issues

• Assist with internal investigations and HR policy application

• Maintain effective employee relations through mediation

• Generate HR reports and insights for management

• Collaborate on HR project development and implementation

Requirements:

• 5+ years of progressive HR experience

• Strong understanding of employment legislation

• Proven conflict management and resolution skills

• Excellent communication and presentation abilities

• Knowledge of MS Office and HR systems
