We are looking for you! For our nationwide Payroll Team in the area of People & Culture Operations, we are looking for a temporary Payroll Specialist (m/w/d) for 24 months starting immediately. Choose your workplace:
Essen, Mülheim, Mandern, Ennepetal, Schönebeck, Ilsenburg or Chemnitz.

• Conduct monthly payroll: You will take over the complete payroll for your area. Working hours, absences, surcharges, one-time payments:
  You have everything under control and ensure that everything runs correctly and on time.
• Keep an eye on taxes & social security: Reports to health insurance companies, tax offices & Co. as well as checks are part of your duties.
• Manage benefits & HR issues: Job Bike, company car, supplementary pension provision, special cases:
  You take care of everything related to payroll including correct tax assessment.
• Organize time management: You maintain master data, resolve special cases and ensure that collective agreements & company agreements are implemented correctly.
• Prepare reports: You support in monthly and annual closing evaluations.
• Shape processes: You actively participate in projects around payroll & time management and work closely with your nationwide team.

• Commercial training: You have completed a commercial vocational training.
• First payroll experience: You know the basics of payroll as well as tax and social security legal foundations and want to expand your know-how.
• Tech & number affinity: You feel comfortable in payroll, HR and time management systems and quickly get used to new tools.
• Communication skills: You can deal well with internal teams, external partners and authorities.
• Change mindset: You approach changes positively and want to actively contribute to the future of our processes.
