HR Business Partner – G&A Functions (6-Month Contract | Remote)

This is a 6-month contract role created to provide critical HRBP support across Client's G&A functions during a period of rapid growth, innovation, and transformation.

What You'll Do- Work closely with leaders across Client's G&A functions — including Finance, Legal, IT, and HR — to drive HR initiatives that matter
- Support transformative programs in organizational effectiveness, talent acquisition, culture, performance management, and rewards
- Advise and coach managers, resolve daily HR queries, and prepare teams to deliver impact
- Foster a positive, inclusive workplace and help navigate organizational change across G&A functions
- Use HR analytics to spot trends, drive decisions, and communicate progress
- Embrace hands-on work and be ready to dive into both strategic and tactical HR tasks during this pivotal phase
- Contribute to workforce optimization, organizational effectiveness, and reimagining hiring and onboarding processes across G&A
- Bachelor's degree and 7 years of progressive HR experience
- OR advanced degree with 5 years of progressive HR experience
- Experience in large, global organizations (Fortune 500 preferred)
- Track record of delivering HR programs in fast-paced environments
- Experience supporting G&A functions such as Finance, Legal, IT, or HR
- Strong skills in talent management, engagement, and organizational effectiveness
- Data-driven, results-oriented, and agile
- Excellent communication, consulting, and facilitation skills
- Proficiency in Workday, Microsoft Office, and HR analytics
- Experience supporting G&A or corporate functions in a complex, matrixed organization
- Skilled at building partnerships across boundaries
- Adaptable, collaborative, and comfortable with ambiguity
- Ability to deliver impact quickly in a contract or project-based environment
