Employee Relations Specialist

Position: Employee Relations Specialist in Hybrid Role
Enhance organizational culture as an Employee Relations Specialist in a hybrid setting. This full-time role focuses on managing complex employee relations issues and performance concerns across multiple locations in Ontario.

You will support employee relations strategies and drive engagement by partnering with leaders while handling investigations and disability management. With at least 5 years in HR and expertise in performance management, your coaching will help foster a positive workplace.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage complex employee relations issues effectively

• Conduct investigations and manage disciplinary processes

• Partner with leaders on performance and engagement

• Provide guidance on workplace accommodations and leaves

• Develop training on employee relations topics for leaders

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field

• 5+ years of HR experience, focusing on employee relations

• Strong knowledge of employment legislation and best practices

• Excellent communication and project management skills

• Ability to build trust across all organizational levels
