Hcm Benefits Administrator
Our client is seeking an Hcm Benefits Administrator to independently manage and administer employee benefits programs, including health & welfare, retirement (401k), and leave of absence. This role partners closely with employees, vendors, Payroll, and HR to ensure accurate benefits administration and compliance with federal and state regulations. Responsibilities include administering employee benefits programs (health & welfare, voluntary benefits, and/or 401(k)), serving as Tier II support for escalated employee benefits issues, acting as liaison between employees and third-party benefits vendors, advising employees on eligibility, coverage, and benefit options across multiple states, auditing benefit changes and enrollment updates in HRIS and payroll systems, ensuring compliance with ERISA, HIPAA, COBRA, PPACA, FMLA, and applicable laws, supporting open enrollment planning, coordination, and communication, maintaining benefits records and completing required legal and state documentation, and recommending updates and improvements to benefits websites and vendor tools.
