Ektello is seeking an HR Advisor to provide guidance and education to employees across levels. This remote, 12-month assignment focuses on delivering exceptional customer service while handling a high volume of HR requests and tickets.
You will use Workday, Service Now, and internal tools to promote self-service and ensure SOX-compliant processes. Ideal candidates have 2+ years in HR operations, strong Workday experience (EIBs and reporting), and proven ability to map and improve processes.
