, leadership trainer, HR professional, or consultant with a background in leadership development, talent development, organizational learning, professional training, adult learning, or leadership coaching. This role is particularly suited to professionals currently working as Learning and Development Manager, Leadership Development Specialist, Talent Development Specialist, or Training and Development Specialist
, or those with experience in corporate training, leadership coaching, HR development, or learning consulting.

• Minimum 5 years professional experience in learning and development, leadership development, talent development, training, coaching, consulting, or education
• Comfortable working with learning programs and leadership training
• Values autonomy, professional growth, and remote work flexibility

• Engage with professionals interested in leadership and personal development programs
• Offer and provide professional leadership training
• Conduct professional conversations with prospective participants
• Participate in ongoing leadership and professional development training
• Generate leads (full training provided) using a variety of online platforms
