This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Global HR Partner based in United States.

This role offers the opportunity to shape global people practices within a mission-driven, internationally distributed organization.

The position will act as a strategic HR partner, supporting employees and contractors across multiple regions and cultures.

You will contribute to building an inclusive, engaged, and high‑performing remote workforce through strong HR operations and initiatives.

The role combines hands‑on HR execution with strategic collaboration on talent, compliance, employee experience, and organizational development.

You will work closely with leadership to improve processes, support decision‑making, and strengthen workplace culture.

Accountabilities

The Global HR Partner will be responsible for delivering a broad range of human resources activities while acting as a trusted advisor to employees, leaders, and external partners. The role requires strong ownership, collaboration, and the ability to manage HR operations across a distributed workforce.

  • Serve as the primary HR contact for Employer of Record (EOR) matters, acting as a liaison and subject matter expert between internal teams and external providers.
  • Provide guidance on HR policies, procedures, employee concerns, conflict resolution, and workplace matters, escalating complex situations when needed.
  • Partner with leadership to support the development and execution of HR strategies, initiatives, and organizational improvements.
  • Analyze workforce trends, metrics, and HR data to support informed decision‑making and continuous improvement.
  • Lead recruitment processes, developing effective strategies to attract and hire high‑quality talent while ensuring a positive candidate experience.
  • Prepare HR documentation, including employment contracts, formal communications, and policy‑related materials.
  • Support onboarding programs, employee orientation, and the creation of training initiatives.
  • Maintain accurate employee records and ensure HR information systems and databases remain up to date.
  • Contribute to additional HR projects and initiatives that strengthen employee engagement, compliance, and organizational effectiveness.
Requirements

The ideal candidate is an experienced HR professional with strong interpersonal skills, strategic thinking, and the ability to operate effectively in a global remote environment.

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 7 years of progressive HR experience, including experience supporting leaders and employees.
  • Experience supporting globally distributed teams or remote work forces.
  • Strong knowledge of HR operations, recruitment, compliance, employee relations, and organizational policies.
  • Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal.
  • Strong relationship‑building, consulting, and influencing abilities across different levels of an organization.
  • High level of judgment, discretion, adaptability, and problem‑solving capability.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities independently while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Strong project management and organizational skills.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools and HR systems.
  • Commitment to continuous learning and professional development.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Previous experience working in nonprofit or mission‑driven organizations.
  • Experience using AI tools for HR analytics or workforce insights.
  • HR certifications such as HRCI, SHRM, or equivalent credentials.
