Thinkapps Solutions, a remote-first firm, is seeking an IT Recruiter to join our team and drive end-to-end IT hiring. You will source and screen candidates, coordinate interviews, and manage the recruitment cycle from start to placement.
The ideal candidate has 1–2 years in IT recruitment, strong communication, and stakeholder management skills. Experience with Naukri and Linked In is a plus. Immediate joiners preferred. We offer a flexible remote setup and opportunities for growth.
