Location: Indianapolis
Vaco by Highspring is seeking a Contract Talent Acquisition Partner in Indianapolis for maternity-leave coverage. The role focuses on full-cycle recruiting across technical and business roles, including software engineers, data, and IT support, with strong emphasis on partnering with hiring managers and strategic sourcing.
You will join a small TA team in a hybrid environment (1 day onsite, flexible by location) and manage 8–12 requisitions while maintaining a high-quality candidate experience.
