Job Description

As the Senior Manager of Franchise Recruiting and Engagement, you’ll be at the heart of our franchise territory’s success—partnering with field leaders and franchisees to recruit top talent, support advisor development, and drive strategic growth initiatives. This role will support the Southern California territory in the Pacific West. If you are not located close to a physical office, remote work is considered for qualified candidates.

Key Responsibilities

Build and manage a diverse sourcing strategy, screen and interview candidates, and guide them through every step—from initial contact to onboarding and career development.
  • Own the Onboarding

    Experience:

Design and execute customized onboarding plans for new advisors and acquired practices. Ensure smooth transitions by equipping them with the right tools, training, and support to quickly ramp up and reach production goals.
  • Be a Strategic Partner:
Support field leaders and top advisors with strategic messaging, growth resources, and ad hoc requests. Act as a connector between advisors and the tools they need to succeed, while guiding matrix partners to deliver results.
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
  • 5+ years of experience in recruiting, onboarding, or business development.
  • Proven ability to work independently and collaboratively.
  • Ability to create and implement change, drive results, and hold others accountable.
  • Strategic focus with ability to translate vision into tactical actions.
  • Strong project management and strategic execution skills.
  • Exceptional communication, relationship‑building, and influencing abilities.
  • Willingness to travel 20%.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience in financial services and advisor recruiting.
  • FINRA Series 7 and Series 66 licenses.
  • Familiarity with multi‑office or remote team support.
