Johnson Service Group (JSG) is seeking a Talent Acquisition‑Sourcer to support Orange County, CA or Dallas hiring. This contract role offers remote flexibility, with hours Monday–Friday, 8:00am–5:00pm. The hourly pay rate ranges from $30 to $35 depending on experience.
The ideal candidate will have 2–3 years of recruiting and sourcing experience, plus familiarity with an applicant tracking system (ATS). You will manage requisitions, coordinate interviews, and drive a smooth candidate experience.
