As the Recruiter, you'll be in charge of:

• Source, screen, and recruit qualified candidates through job boards, networking, referrals, and direct outreach to meet client staffing requirements across various industries.
• Conduct candidate interviews, assess skills and experience, coordinate hiring processes, and present qualified candidates to clients in a timely manner.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and candidates by understanding hiring needs, providing market insight, and ensuring a positive recruitment experience.
• Manage recruiting activities and applicant tracking systems (ATS), maintain accurate candidate records, negotiate offers, and support onboarding to ensure successful placements.

Our ideal Recruiter candidate has:

• 1 year recruiting experience
• Strong organizational and interpersonal skills
• Experience working with Microsoft Office suite
• High-energy and passion
• Demonstrated ability to meet quotas
