Position: Strategic HR Business Partner Hybrid Role
Join Randstad Canada as a strategic Human Resource Business Partner in a hybrid capacity. This Vancouver-based position requires expertise in labor relations and employee engagement within a regulated, unionized context.

In this role, you will connect leadership with the workforce, managing HR operations for a diverse portfolio. With 5-8 years of HR experience, your leadership will empower managers through coaching and performance strategies. Your insights will shape organizational capabilities and support compliance with provincial labor laws.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support leaders in workforce capability assessment

• Guide talent management and performance strategies

• Champion collective agreement interpretation and grievances

• Analyze HR data to inform leadership decisions

• Lead organizational change and development projects

Requirements:

• 5-8 years experience in HR within union environments

• Degree in Human Resources or related field

• CPHR designation or in progress preferred

• Knowledge of BC employment standards and labor relations

• Ability to foster respectful workplace practices

Drive significant HR initiatives and build collaborative relationships in Vancouver.
