In this full-time remote role, you will be the first dedicated people leader at Eterio Realities, driving HR processes and corporate documentation management. You will streamline onboarding, facilitate employee reviews, and ensure compliance in a growing international company. This position requires a blend of HR expertise and organizational skills to manage both people and critical corporate documents efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage job postings and screen applicants effectively

• Conduct onboarding for new hires and maintain policies

• Facilitate performance reviews and offboarding processes

• Organize all signed contracts and legal agreements

• Implement an HRIS for improved operational efficiency

Requirements:

• 5 to 8 years in HR or corporate operations roles

• Experience with employment agreements and legal coordination

• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

• Proven independent work ethic in a remote setting

• High level of discretion handling sensitive information
