HR, Recruiter ​/ Talent Acquisition

We're looking for an HR Coordinator who is the steady, warm presence across our studios in The Hague and Amsterdam.

Verve is a strategic branding studio working with scale‑ups, market leaders, and established names in tech, retail, B2B, and consumer markets. We help brands navigate turning points in their business while combining boutique expertise with group‑wide synergy.

• Split your week between two locations – typically two days in The Hague and one in Amsterdam – and act as the first point of contact for colleagues.
• Provide HR support: manage personnel files, draft employment contracts, and respond to employee inquiries.
• Support people development: help managers create personal development plans and identify suitable training opportunities.
• Handle onboarding and off‑boarding: make sure new colleagues feel welcomed and equipped from day one.
• Recruitment: write job postings, manage applications, schedule interviews, and assess cultural fit.
• Absence management: monitor sick leave, support managers and employees, liaise with occupational health when necessary, and foster a supportive environment.
• Culture keeper: organize team outings and contribute to a positive atmosphere across both studios.

• Relevant HR experience (or strong affinity) preferably within the creative sector.
• Flexible and mobile – you enjoy traveling between The Hague and Amsterdam.
• Proactive and anticipatory of what needs to happen.
• Fluent in Dutch and English.
• Detail‑oriented while keeping the human element at the forefront.

As part of the HR‑UP team, you will collaborate with HR professionals from across our agencies who meet every two weeks and are ready to step in on urgent matters.

Salary starting from €3,000 (40 hours gross) in line with your profile and experience.
