The Talent Acquisition team partners closely with hiring managers, HR leadership, and candidates to deliver a best-in-class recruiting experience while helping scale Core Weave’s rapidly growing organization in Singapore and globally.

About the Role

Please note:
This is a remote position, but it is strictly open only to candidates who are currently residing and based in Singapore with local right to work. We are unable to consider international applicants or candidates outside of Singapore for this role.

As a Talent Acquisition Coordinator (Contract) based in Singapore, you will play a critical role in delivering an exceptional candidate experience while supporting the day-to-day operations of a fast-moving recruiting team.

This is a highly collaborative role where you will directly partner with and support our sole local recruiter in Singapore. Given the lean nature of the team, you will need to comfortably handle ambiguity, hit the ground running, and be highly adaptable. Your core focus will be supporting high-volume Engineering recruitment, while seamlessly pivoting to coordinate IT positions and various other business areas as hiring demands evolve.

This is a highly visible, candidate-facing role with a hybrid work arrangement in Singapore that includes coordinating and supporting onsite, in-person interviews as needed.

You will own interview scheduling and logistics, maintain accurate recruiting data across systems, and serve as a key point of contact for candidates, recruiters, and hiring managers throughout the interview process. This role is ideal for someone who is highly organized, thrives in a dynamic environment, and enjoys creating a smooth, thoughtful experience for everyone involved.

In this role, you will:

Own end-to-end coordination and logistics for virtual and onsite interviews, partnering closely with recruiters, candidates, and hiring teams to ensure seamless scheduling, preparation, and day-of execution
Deliver a best-in-class candidate experience by supporting in-person interview days and ensuring every interaction is timely, polished, and aligned with Core Weave’s values
Manage job postings and requisition creation in Greenhouse, ensuring candidate-facing information is accurate and launched correctly
Maintain accurate candidate and requisition data across systems, including Greenhouse, Zoom, Confluence, Google Workspace, and related tools
Serve as a primary point of contact for candidates, providing clear communication, interview logistics, and onsite support throughout the process
Partner with recruiters and HR leadership on ad hoc talent acquisition projects, process improvements, and operational initiatives that help the team scale effectively

Who You Are

2+ years of experience in talent acquisition, recruiting coordination, or a closely related function, ideally in a high-growth or fast-paced environment
Thrive when working through ambiguity and evolving processes, with a proven ability to hit the ground running as the operational anchor for a lean local team.
Proven experience coordinating a high volume of interviews across multiple teams and time zones
Proficient with Greenhouse, Candidate.

FYI, Google Workspace, Zoom, and Slack
Exceptionally organized, detail-oriented, and dependable in follow-through
A strong communicator who builds trust quickly with candidates and internal stakeholders
Comfortable handling sensitive and confidential information with professionalism and discretion

Preferred

Experience supporting technical, engineering, or IT recruiting teams
Familiarity with Confluence or similar collaborative workflow tools
