What do we count on you for?

HR Administration and Document Management

• Handling and administration of sick leave papers
• Scanning, organizing, and archiving documents
• Compiling onboarding packages (contracts, job descriptions, declarations, other documents)

Support for New Employees

• Preparing new employee documentation
• Document management related to visa processes
• HR administration in the NEXON system (e.g., creating profiles for new employees)

Organizational Tasks

• Organizing occupational health appointments, preparing referrals
• Recording travel expense reimbursements
• Managing intern timesheets

Contact and Support

• Answering employee questions related to HR
• Supporting other ad-hoc HR administrative tasks

We are looking for you if...

You are an active daytime student (HR, economics, or similar field preferred)

You can commit to at least 20 hours per week

You are precise and organized, and you enjoy systems and lists

You enjoy administration and find it rewarding to get everything in order

You handle confidential information discreetly

You confidently use MS Office programs

You have proficiency in both Hungarian and English, as both are required for daily work
