About the RoleThis isn't traditional client success.
We're not looking for someone to inherit a mature customer success function. We're looking for someone to help build what an exceptional enterprise partnership looks like at Think Human.
As one of the leaders shaping this function, you'll partner directly with CHROs, executive teams, and senior HR leaders to solve complex leadership challenges, design transformational leadership journeys, and create measurable organizational impact.
You might redesign how we conduct executive business reviews, create a new approach to demonstrating ROI for leadership development, build AI-enabled insights that help clients identify emerging opportunities, facilitate a strategy session with a CHRO preparing for a major organizational shift, or identify patterns across multiple clients that reshape one of Think Human's programs.
Your work won't stop with serving clients. It will help shape Think Human itself.
As Think Human grows, you'll help define how we build executive partnerships, measure client success, expand strategic relationships, use AI to create greater value, and continuously improve how we serve organizations.
