Urology Clinics of North Texas is seeking an experienced Talent Acquisition Manager to lead recruitment for our growing multi‑site healthcare organization.
This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced healthcare recruiter who enjoys building recruiting strategy while remaining actively involved in hiring. You'll partner with operational leaders across more than 25 clinic locations to recruit exceptional clinical, administrative, and leadership talent.

What You'll Do- Lead full‑cycle recruitment across multiple departments and clinic locations
- Recruit for clinical, revenue cycle, administrative, and leadership positions
- Develop creative sourcing strategies for difficult‑to‑fill healthcare positions
- Optimize our Paycom Applicant Tracking System to improve recruiter efficiency and candidate experience
- Build talent pipelines for future hiring needs
- Coach and lead the Talent Acquisition team
- Develop recruiting metrics and provide leadership reporting
- Manage staffing agency relationships and recruiting vendors
- Partner with hiring managers to deliver an exceptional hiring experience
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, Healthcare Administration, or related field
- Five or more years of full‑cycle recruiting experience
- At least two years of healthcare recruiting experience
- Experience recruiting clinical healthcare professionals
- Previous leadership or recruiting team management experience preferred
- Experience with Paycom or a comparable HRIS/ATS platform
- Excellent communication, relationship‑building, and organizational skills
- SHRM-CP or SHRM-SCP
- PHR or SPHR
