Our team is growing, and we are looking for a passionate and driven Recruiter to join us in identifying, attracting, and hiring the next generation of top-tier Financial Advisors and high-performing interns.
Position Overview:As a Recruiter, you will play a critical role in sourcing and hiring talented professionals for our Financial Advisor career track and Internship Program. You will partner closely with our local office leadership and network office leaders to drive strategic recruiting efforts, implement best-in-class candidate experiences, and build strong talent pipelines for long-term growth.
Key Responsibilities:- Execute full cycle recruiting for Financial Advisor and Intern roles, from sourcing and screening to interviewing and offer management.
- Own relationship and communication with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
- Process ownership to include but not limited to screening candidates, conducting first interviews, administering screening tools, and guiding candidates throughout the process
- Build and develop effective referral sources within the office, with community advocates, and from a variety of other sources that generate qualified leads.
- Coordinate and participate in on-campus recruiting efforts, career fairs, and networking events.
- Conduct phone screens and initial interviews to assess candidate fit and align with career opportunities.
- Schedule candidates with other leaders as they move through the selection process.
- Work collaboratively with leadership to identify recruiting strategies aligned with business goals.
- Report on weekly recruiting activity to leadership team.
- Develop proficiency and use of home office-supported software to maintain candidate databases and accurate records of prospects to ensure efficiency of the selection process.
- Assist in the coordination of leadership team meetings and the preparation of activity/results reports.
- Analyze recruiting ratios to identify inefficiencies in selection process; establish and implement improvements
- Deliver an exceptional candidate experience, maintaining timely and professional communication throughout the process.
- Support branding and marketing efforts for the internship and career programs, including social media and community partnerships.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Human Resources, Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- 2+ years of experience in recruiting, talent acquisition, or sales (experience in financial services or sales recruiting is a plus).
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
- Passion for connecting with others and making meaningful career matches.
- Ability to work independently while managing multiple recruitment cycles and priorities.
- Experience with iCIMS platform, Linked In, and Excel is a plus!!
