Location: Town of Poland

For our international client, we are looking for experienced professionals to join a Global HR & People Operations team.

This is a great opportunity to join a company going through an exciting HR and Payroll transformation, working in an international environment.

We are currently hiring for several Payroll Specialist and HR Operations Specialist positions for candidates who speak English and at least one additional European language.

We welcome talents from across Poland – remote work is available.

Language Requirements

Requirements:

  • Excellent knowledge of one of the following languages:
    French, German, Spanish, Italian, or Dutch.
  • Minimum 3+ years of professional experience in Payroll or HR Administration.
  • Experience working in an international environment with multiple countries.
  • Ability to work independently and manage priorities effectively.
  • Proactive mindset and ability to adapt to a fast-changing environment.
  • Experience working on projects and process improvement initiatives.
Additional Requirements for Payroll Specialists
  • Experience working with payroll vendors.
  • Experience with payroll transitions, transformations, and Cloud Pay is highly preferred.
Additional Requirements for HR Operations Specialists
  • Experience with Workday would be a strong advantage.
Responsibilities Payroll Specialist
  • Experience supporting payroll processes in one of the following markets:
    France, Germany, Spain, Italy, or the Netherlands.
  • Coordinate and oversee payroll services delivered by external payroll providers.
  • Manage relationships with payroll vendors and business stakeholders.
  • Monitor payroll quality, compliance, and service delivery timelines.
  • Support payroll transformation and process improvement initiatives.
  • Participate in payroll migration, transition, and system implementation projects.
  • Analyze payroll data, prepare reports, and identify opportunities for improvement.
HR Operations Specialist
  • Experience supporting HR administration in one of the following markets:
    France, Germany, Spain, Italy, or the Netherlands.
  • Support end-to-end employee lifecycle processes.
  • Manage employee documentation and maintain HR system data.
  • Provide HR support to employees and managers.
  • Ensure data accuracy and compliance with local regulations and company policies.
  • Prepare HR reports and analyses.
  • Take part in HR process improvement, automation, and transformation projects.
