Position: HR Assistant in Hybrid Role - Northern Staffing
Join Bayshore as a hybrid HR Assistant, supporting administrative HR tasks from Cornwall, Ontario or Winnipeg, Manitoba.

Your role will include managing employee files and collaborating on business initiatives.

As an HR Assistant, you will work in a hybrid model from our Cornwall or Winnipeg offices, managing crucial HR documentation and employee records. You will assist with payroll inquiries and engage with Clinical Managers to streamline administrative tasks. This role requires a detail-oriented approach and solid organizational skills for effective multitasking in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain employee HR files and documentation accuracy

• Prepare Letters of Offer and confidential HR correspondence

• Update employee information in the UKG database

• Manage payroll inquiries and assist with forms

• Support clinical management with administrative tasks

Requirements:

• Secondary School Diploma required

• 1-2 years HR experience preferred

• Hands-on Microsoft Office experience needed

• Solid time management and multitasking skills

• Strong customer relations and teamwork abilities
