As a full-time Supervisor, you will oversee recruitment operations, ensuring alignment with company growth goals. Your experience will guide recruitment coordinators, while your collaboration with hiring managers will define job requirements and enhance employer branding. A focus on modern technology and process improvements will strengthen our talent acquisition efforts.

Key Responsibilities:

• Execute talent acquisition strategies aligned with company goals

• Lead and mentor recruitment coordinators for effective hiring

• Collaborate with managers to define job roles and conduct interviews

• Strengthen employer branding through diverse outreach efforts

• Monitor recruitment workflows for efficiency and effectiveness

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in HR or related field

• CHRL designation or HR certification in progress

• 2+ years in recruitment or HR project management

• Experience in a supervisory role is a plus

• Strong knowledge of end-to-end recruitment processes
