OverviewSeeking an experienced Bilingual Talent Acquisition Specialist to recruit, interview, and hire high‑performing sales professionals for the U.S. financial services industry. This is not a general HR position; the specialist will prospect, qualify, interview, and close candidates while building a strong pipeline of future talent.

- Minimum 3 years of recruiting experience, preferably sales professionals
- Experience recruiting for financial services, insurance, banking, mortgage, real estate, or other commission‑based sales industries is highly preferred
- Proven experience sourcing candidates through Linked In, Facebook, Instagram, job boards, referrals, and other recruiting platforms
- Excellent phone interviewing and candidate evaluation skills
- Strong ability to build relationships and persuade qualified candidates to join our organization
- Experience scheduling interviews and managing candidates throughout the hiring process
- Organized, detail‑oriented, and experienced using CRM or Applicant Tracking Systems
- Self‑motivated with the ability to consistently meet hiring goals
- Source and attract qualified sales professionals through multiple recruiting channels
- Conduct phone and Zoom interviews in both English and Spanish
- Evaluate candidates and identify top performers
- Present career opportunities and successfully guide candidates through the hiring process
- Maintain accurate records and candidate follow‑up within the CRM
- Build and maintain an ongoing pipeline of qualified candidates
- Achieve monthly recruiting and hiring targets
- Fluent English and Spanish (spoken and written) – required
- Native or near‑native English highly preferred
- Additional languages such as Mandarin, Portuguese, Vietnamese, or others are a plus
- Strong communication, negotiation, and closing skills
- Professional appearance and excellent Zoom communication
- Reliable high‑speed internet, quiet home office, and computer with webcam
- Educational level:
Bachelor's degree - Minimum 3 years of experience
- Languages:
Spanish, English - Age: 28 to 45 years old
- Knowledge:
Change management, CRM, recruitment, Zoom
