Job Role: Technical Recruiter

Project Role: Technical Recruiter

Work Experience: 4-5 years

Work location: Remote

Must have skills: End to End Recruitment, Technical Acumen and Effective communication.

Roles and Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.
  • Create and design job description for various profiles.
  • Source and identify top talent through various channels, including job boards, social media, networking events, and referrals.
  • Conduct initial interviews and assessments to evaluate candidates' technical skills, intelligence, and cultural fit.
  • Interview candidates through phone calls or video.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records and recruitment metrics.
  • Generate reports and provide insights to improve the recruitment process continually.
  • Provide an exceptional candidate experience by communicating effectively, providing feedback, and guiding candidates through the recruitment process.
  • Ensure a seamless onboarding experience for new hires.
Profile
  • Proven experience as a technical recruiter, preferably in a tech-focused environment.
  • Strong knowledge of technical skills, programming languages, and software development.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  • High level of integrity, professionalism, and confidentiality.
Desired Candidate Profile
  • Good debugging and problem-solving skills
