Retirement Plans Supervisor

Position: Retirement Plans Supervisor Hybrid Role
Shape employee retirement experiences with Graymont as a Retirement Plans Supervisor in a hybrid work setting. Utilize your bilingual capabilities while administering pension plans and engaging with external partners.

Reporting to the Director of Total Rewards, this position can be located in either Richmond, BC or Brossard, QC. You will be engaged in various HR initiatives, manage relationships with third-party retirement plan consultants, and contribute to employee education efforts. Understanding both Canadian and US retirement laws will enhance the effectiveness of your role.

Key Responsibilities:

• Administer pension programs for salaried and hourly employees

• Handle third-party relationships effectively

• Create engaging retirement education content

• Process monthly invoices and contributions promptly

• Maintain accurate personnel and pension records

Requirements:

• Diploma in Business Administration or related field

• At least 2 years of retirement plan experience

• Proficient in both French and English

• Strong knowledge of retirement legislation in Canada

• Experience with office applications and database systems
