We are a fast-growing UK-based cleaning company dedicated to delivering outstanding service to our clients. We're looking for a proactive Recruitment & Operations Administrator to support our growing team by managing recruitment administration and providing day-to-day operational support.
Working closely with the HR Manager and Operations team, you'll help coordinate the recruitment process from application through to onboarding while ensuring administrative tasks are completed efficiently.
Key ResponsibilitiesContact candidates by phone and conduct initial screening interviews.
Coordinate interviews and communicate with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
Maintain accurate candidate records across recruitment systems and Excel trackers.
Support onboarding and new starter administration.
Manage Outlook inboxes, calendars, and interview scheduling.
Capture and maintain recruitment data with a high level of accuracy.
Answer overflow calls and take detailed messages.
Provide administrative support to the Operations team.
Salary: R7,500 per month
40 days paid leave per year

Previous experience in a fast-paced office, recruitment, or administrative environment.
Confident in making outbound phone calls and building rapport with candidates.
Able to stay organised while handling multiple priorities and deadlines.
Comfortable learning new systems and following recruitment processes.
Comfortable working with spreadsheets and online systems to keep information organised.
Good problem-solving skills with the confidence to work independently.
Reliable internet connection and your own computer or laptop.
