House-Buyers-of-Americ is seeking a talented, high-energy Recruiter for a part-time, 100% remote role. You will recruit high-quality talent across all departments using multiple channels to build a strong, ongoing pipeline.
You will screen candidates in our HR system, manage relationships with search firms, and train managers and executives on networking and recruiting best practices. The position offers flexible hours (20–30 per week) and the potential to grow with a fast-growing company.
