As an Associate Manager, Global Talent Acquisition Enablement
, you'll play a pivotal role within the Global Talent Acquisition (GTA) Center of Excellence
, leading high-impact recruiting programs that shape the future of talent across a global enterprise. This is an exciting opportunity for a talent acquisition, HR, project management, or change management professional who enjoys driving innovation, influencing stakeholders, and turning ideas into scalable solutions.
In this role, you will partner across functions to design, implement, and optimize talent acquisition programs and processes that support both current business priorities and long-term workforce strategies. Leveraging your business acumen, talent expertise, and operational mindset, you'll lead enterprise-wide initiatives from concept through execution-delivering meaningful change and measurable results.
Reporting to the Manager, Global Talent Acquisition Enablement
, you'll have the chance to make a lasting impact on the candidate and recruiter experience while helping advance the organization's global talent strategy.
- Strategically research, design, execute and monitor/evaluate ROI of TA programs/projects/operations to scale both locally and globally in line with business strategy and company values, balancing regional vs. global and BU-specific vs. enterprise needs and drivers.
- Lead change management associated with any project implementations/launches, inclusive of effectively communicating project status to stakeholders throughout the duration of the project and post-implementation to make certain all impacted stakeholders understand risks, issues and activities; and creating and delivering training to support the delivery of Global TA Enablement programs and processes.
- Responsible for working cross-functionally (Communications, Legal, etc.) as well as across the HR organization (Compensation, Global Mobility, HRDC, HRBPs, etc.), partnering closely with Global TA leadership and TA/HR teams to drive adoption of new systems and process changes.
- Serve as a subject matter expert and system administrator of critical technology, such as the applicant tracking system (ATS). Identify and troubleshoot issues. Provide timely recommendation and resolution options to stakeholders.
- Keep current on market + TA trends and insights, benchmarking external organizations, etc. Evaluate new system/technology functionality, gather feedback from users, work with HRIS to test and deploy new features (e.g. ATS, Self-Scheduling, AI tools, etc.)
- Ensure TA processes meet compliance requirements with EEO, OFCCP, and any applicable federal, state or country guidelines in addition to SCJ policies and principles, driving efficiencies and continuously evaluating the impact of processes and practices on the business.
- Manage vendor relationships (e.g. Linked In, Hire Right) and develop expertise in tools that enable Global TA efforts as well as monitor and drive performance.
- 5+ years of work experience in Talent Acquisition, Talent Management, and/or Human Resources OR advanced degree with 3+ years of experience in Talent Acquisition, Talent Management, and/or Human Resources
- 6+ months of demonstrated Project Management and/or Change Management experience
- Qualified candidates must be legally authorized to work in the United States without current or future sponsorship
- Proficiency working with the following:
Workday, Applicant Tracking Systems, Microsoft Office applications (Outlook, Teams, PowerPoint, Word, Excel) - Self-driven and can own projects that require navigating ambiguity
- Ability to work with competing priorities with clear deadlines in a highly collaborative way
- Strategic in thought processes and proficient with analyzing and presenting data to tell a story
- Vendor management experience
- Experience in multi-country/regional TA/HR
- Flexibility to adapt working hours to engage in meetings with other regional timelines (e.g. Asia)
- Global travel up to 10% may be required
