Perform a variety of professional administrative tasks in support of the organization's employee relations function.
ResponsibilitiesDaily management of the employee relations email inbox through documentation, responding to employee requests, triaging emails to the appropriate departments, and escalating employee concerns or accountability requests to senior members of employee relations.
Answer the employee relations telephone hotline.
Unemployment responses and tracking.
Assist in the investigation audits.
Maintain personnel records or other employee information that is accurate, complete, and fulfills legal requirements.
Respond to standard requests for employee records based on the established guidelines and refer more complex or confidential inquiries to management.
Maintain a repository of forms, handbooks, policies, or other documents that are needed by employees.
Qualifications and Education Requirements0-3 years of HR experience.
Bachelor's degree in HR or a related field.
Strong communication skills, both oral and written.
Ability to effectively multitask several projects.
Ability to work independently.
Ability to work with confidential information.
Preferred SkillsCritical attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
Proficient with Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Familiarity in working with HRIS; UKG is a plus.
