What We Offer

: $25.00 – $28.00 an hour (based on years of experience) - Weekly Pay
- Schedule:
M-F, full-time 40 hours - 403B Retirement Plan

Responsibilities:
- Performs facility technical HR functions
- Coordinates the onboarding process for all new hires
- Coordinates employee benefit applications in accordance with the Integritus guidelines
- Prepares and processes weekly payroll
- Maintains employee personnel and medical files in accordance with associated regulations
- Assures an accurate and updated system of performance evaluation, employee license tracking, employee physicals, and vaccines
- Reviews all hired employee records for completeness i.e.: reference checks, employment history, required licenses, CORI checks and any other required paperwork
- Maintains tracking system for LOA/FMLA requests and approvals
Coordinates employee satisfaction efforts with facility leadership and home office staff - Understands employees’ rights in accordance with HIPPA and holds all employee information confidential
- Other responsibilities as required per job description
Requirements:
- High school diploma
- Associate degree or level of knowledge with 2-year degree
- Prior HR/ Office coordinator experience in a long-term care setting preferred
- Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to interact professionally, productively, and respectfully with all levels of staff, management, residents, and the public
